Double row grinder |
This is a great grinding wheel with
coarse diamond for grinding the corners off of the spheres before grinding them
in sphere machine. Also use it for grinding larger rocks before polishing them
for specimens. It has a 5/8 inch threaded center and will fit on most 4 or 4
1/2 inch angle head grinders. I also make an adaptor for them to be put on a
bench grinder for easier handling of the sphere with both hands.

The backer pads are made of
rubber and have a velcro front for holding the polish pads they have a 5/8 inch
threaded hole and fit most 4 and 4 1/2 inch angle head air or electric
grinders.

The flat laps are made of metal and have
a 1/2 inch hole and are plated with graded diamond. They come in 6 in. 8 in. 10
in. and 12 in.
The 6 inch come in 60, 80, 180, 240, 320, 400, 600, 800,
1000, 1200, 1500 and 2500 grit sizes
The 8 inch come in 60, 80, 120,
180, 240, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 grit sizes
The 10

The diamond grinding wheels
come in 6 and 8, inch and are both 1 1/2 inches wide. They have a metal outer
rim and the center is of plastic.
